Colormancer - A Photoshop color enhancement plug-in that lets you tweak the colors in your images without the color shifting of existing tools. The left image below shows the ‘before’ version and the right image shows the ‘after’ version.

Publications
Toward Better Chroma Subsampling - The article explains issues with chroma subsampling and introduces a novel technique (in-range chroma reconstruction) to achieve higher quality chroma reconstruction. A shorter version appears in the May/June 2008 issue of the SMPTE journal (see smpte.org).
